You are kindly invited to attend the EUROCITIES online culture forum next Thursday 8 October from 10.30 to 12.30 CET in the morning and 14.00 to 17.00 CET in the afternoon.
The online culture forum replaces the Tampere culture forum, which was originally scheduled to take place on 7-9 October but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic and sanitary risks. You can download the draft programme on this page.
Despite physical distancing, it is even more important than ever to meet and exchange with members and colleagues in other European cities. During our online culture forum, you can expect interactive and thematic sessions to discuss together new developments and future perspectives for the cultural sector in cities after the pandemic, and find potential solutions to our current challenges. We will also share news and updates on what is happening within the EUROCITIES culture forum and you will have the opportunity to (re)connect with fellow members.
Gather, nurture and celebrate will be our watchwords for this day!
Network and share: our Talk Talk sessions
Do you want to discuss a specific idea or project with other cities, network with your favourite member(s) or have a drink together? Please come forward and let us know if you wish to host a Talk Talk session! We will accommodate virtual rooms from 16.30 onwards.
Registration to the online culture forum is open! Please follow the link to register.
How to join?
We will be using Microsoft Teams as our platform. You will receive a link to join the session once your registration is confirmed.
Getting ready for working group meetings.
Once you have registered to one specific working group, you will be contacted by your respective working group with a more detailed agenda and call for contributions, in relation to the working group specific topic. We will be looking for local examples to be shared and discussed!
If you have questions at this stage, do not hesitate to contact us at EUROCITIES!
