This working group supports cities’ activities to bring young people into contact with culture and develops strategies to ensure that the needs of young people are met in local cultural strategies

 

We believe that communication between young people, decision makers and other related actors should be more focused on the needs of young people

Objectives:

• exchanging ideas and best practices in the field of young people and culture

• preparing a collection of good practices implemented by cities on the inclusion of young people through culture

• exchanging views and developing a series of indicators in order to assess the benefits of cultural policies in terms of community cohesion for young people
